Laura Fenton is a writer and prop stylist who knows how to decorate, renovate, entertain and garden—all on a modest budget of both time and money. She’s worked everywhere from a tiny start-up magazine (Budget Living) to a publishing institution (Good Housekeeping). Laura has lived in New York City for ten years, currently in leafy, brownstone Brooklyn where she can be found cooking in her tiny kitchen and dreaming up new D.I.Y. projects for her home, which she chronicles in her blog The Little House in the City.
